SmartTechProducts, a division of VonderBurg Ventures, Inc., located in Klamath Falls Oregon, has acquired Neumann & Bennetts makers of the well known and popular Plasti-Duk™ duck decoys and dog trainers. Neumann & Bennetts (N&B) created by Warren Neumann and Stu Bennetts in 1954 started making plastic duck decoys for waterfowl hunters and added many other products throughout the years. Special Shipping Needs

"Free Shipping" offer is subject to our choice of method of shipment. We recently had a customer say after receiving the shipment tracking number email, they needed their FreezeFreeHose order to go out UPS specifically.  The shipping system did not reveal any hint that USPS could not deliver to the address.  Had they picked UPS during the order process we could have known. Please let us know as you are ordering if special shipping needs are necessary (there could be charges but you would receive delivery faster).

FreezeFreeHose Installation tips update

Please, Do Not leave the electrical cuff upward.  Water, snow etc cannot pool up in the electrical cuff.  Water in the electrical cuff will ruin the FreezeFreeHose.  Also do not use the electrical cuff as help with leverage during installation of your FreezeFreeHose, this could cause the fittings connection to break and or leak
